This ones for the freeeeeeeeaks (complimentary) Savannah and Ava have wormed their way into my brain. I loved experiencing their story through dual POV's, Savannah's overwhelming present thoughts and Ava's past journal entries. I felt like Savannah wanting to rip through the pages. The further Ava decomposed so did Savannah's obsession and that was simultaneously uncomfortable and poetic. I was not expecting there to be so much dark humor woven throughout such a devastating story. Recommend to anyone who is a fan of reading about body horror, OCD representation, Wilderness survival, queer longing, and pop culture references.
