House of Earth and Blood (Crescent City, #1)

I absolutely loved this book. I loved that the main female character was not some weak woman who needed to be saved. Bryce is a badass. It’s a story of love, not just romantic love but the importance of platonic love. How through the power of love anything is possible. Danica and Bryce’s friendship was absolutely everything. I laughed, I cried, I screamed.

This book wrecked my entire life. I hate how SJM can just be unpredictable in the last 100 pages.
