House of Hunger

Went into this thinking sapphic vampires, perhaps a darker romantasy, but that was not the case. It didn’t help that this was in the fantasy section of the bookstore and I would have likely been able to gauge my expectations better had it been in the horror or even fiction section! While it wasn’t what I expected it was a decent read and I would suggest it to others looking for a sapphic vampire-ISH vibe! Kinda felt like the book Lucky Red but gothic horror.
