It was a cute book. Was the whole “enemies forced to share the same space and eventually they fall in love” thing predictable? Absolutely. Definitely wasn’t the best book I’ve read all year but it was a great palate cleanser if you don’t have a ton of expectation-which I didn’t. I wish there was more initial development of the characters though. It felt like they IMMEDIATELY were into each other in a matter of days (probably weeks) so that felt super rushed. I think if that were the case the book needed to be longer to lead up to that point, but overall it was cute. Worth the read but don’t get your hopes up for a Shakespeare level classic.
