The book started out great and really hooked me in. But as the story went on, I grew tired of the constant “trying to kill her or force her off the squad,” like did Bones really have to pin her down and cut her while showing her off to his squad mates?? There was some weird stuff in this book. And then the time jump at the end, I don’t know. It was frustrating reading the end of the book. I don’t necessarily mind the ending but the way we got there could have been different I think.
