Found this a really moving read. Lots of profound reflections on what it means to have a calling, how to give yourself fully to life and experience it for all its wonder, and interesting window into religious beliefs and the guilt that came with them at the time, and meditations on love. I think most people read these rather literally, which they are right for, but there’s also a lesson to be taken more broadly. To concentrate all of life graces into single moments and celebrate with gratitude. Also profound to see how much meaning a mentor mentee relationship can bring to both parties. Makes me want to be more active as both. And to write better as I do in case anyone ever reads my writing… would reccomend. 4.35.
