WOW, what can i say that hasn't already been said? This book has taken over that place in my brain that hates country music and cowboys and replaced it with Spartan Lee/Bridget fantasies. LOL Honestly, what a great and well written debut novel! The end of this book left me wanting more and I wasn't sure that I would like it to begin with. Bridget has a way with people and honestly we could all learn a thing or two from her. I really enjoyed the symbolism of her clothing choices deepening in color as the story progresses further and her character develops. Her relationships with other women in the saloon are a lovely bonus and surprisingly i liked deputy bonnie? I was taken a back how much he made an impact on me! As for Spartan Lee ...the woman that you are. *SPOILER ALERT AHEAD* I WAS ROOTING FOR YOU! WE WERE ALL ROOTING FOR YOU!!!!! I audibly gasped at this point in the book and I felt a feeling of betrayal that I have not felt from a book since Edward Cullen left Bella in New Moon LOL BUT Gosh, I know this wasn't a romance but I just wanted them to kiss make up and ride into the sunset together causing mayhem for the remainder of their lives! I am new to revenge endings but I will not shy away in the future!!
