I’ve been wanting to read this book for years and finally got around to it!!! Mary Jane is hired as a summer nanny for the Cone family; which consists of Dr.Cone, Mrs Cone and little (outrageously cute) toddler Izzy. Mary Jane comes from a traditional family; her mother is a housewife, they go to church on Sundays and they have a photo of President Ford hanging in their living room that they bless during dinnertime . MJ expects the Cone house to be the same, but quickly learns that not everyone lives the way that her family does. I couldn’t imagine calling another human, or even a dog, a fuck.” “I soon figured out he was Little Hank because another guy helping us was Medium Hank. I didn’t ask where Big Hank was; maybe it was his day off?” I shed a tear when the Cones invited Mary Jane to the beach house, calling her a part of their family now, too. She felt l
