Mountains Beyond Mountains: The Quest of Dr. Paul Farmer, a Man Who Would Cure the World

I think if Jesus lived today, Paul would be pretty darn close. They’re really moving a story about a Doctor Who dedicate his life to treating me poor and needy without hesitation and without bureaucratic norms. He seems to have convinced the world that the poorest of places are not best left abandoned and refuses to do medical care from an office exactly the type of whole systems thinker, capable of challenging accepted, beliefs to save thousands and thousands of lives around the world. At times a bit of a slow read, but a very inspiring story about dedication and humanity.
