Yet another AMAZING book by Grace Draven!! I have never disliked a book she has written! This was such a beautiful story and I loved the relationship between Azarion and Gilene so much. This was such a great enemies to lovers book and I loved the gladiator aspect of it. Her books always have such a great found family dynamic which I love too. This story definitely deals with some darker themes that I don’t think are suitable for every reader, but I kind of love the rawness of all of GD’s book. She doesn’t skirt around the unpleasant details and I really think that helps make her stories such an emotional rollercoaster and make you feel so much more connected to the characters.
