Wow this was a rough one. The beginning was so slow with so much filler that it was almost painful too read. But I got too invested too quick and didn’t want to put it down. Lindsey (main character) is so ditzy, awkward, and self depreciating. She’s just an annoying main character. Her kids POV appear throughout, which is kind of annoying, but I guess it adds to the story? Makes the twist make more sense. Overall not a great book until 75% in and then it’s still an ok good book. Don’t waste your time.
