Is this Pulitzer prize worthy writing? No chance. However having read my fair share of smut books, this one was shockingly well written. I was captivated every time something was going on and it was a pretty easy read. It’s incredibly unrealistic of course because who gets a job as an NHL team doctor, then begins a relationship with not one but TWO of the players and the equipment manager and gets to keep her job with almost no repercussions outside of a week suspension and then the entire country falls in love with the idea of their polyamory? Get real. But you bet your ass I’m gonna be reading the rest of the series because I’m not quite ready to let them go yet.
