I usually don’t write reviews on books. But, I really enjoyed this one. I have across it as a free listen audible original. Turns out the print book doesn’t come out until later this year. But after listening to the audiobook, I ordered the regular book to support the author and have it for my collection. <br><br>I say this, having never been associated with someone who had committed a violent crime, but I feel like I was able to get a sense of how the main character was feeling. How her life had changed since all of the events and how it was a struggle for her. I do think she was a little too trusting with one or two of the characters, but overall I loved it. I kept waiting for. And I loved the ending. Usually that that’s where an author can screw it up by trying to make it too complicated. This felt good. Like realistic. So, overall loved it. Five stars.
