4.5 stars easily. For all the ones with the gorgeous girlfriends that always feel like the ugly friend, the “I need you to know that I saw you first” was the absolute best line. As someone who very much identifies with feeling like not only a wreck, but as someone who is often labeled as “too much”, Regan made me feel seen. She’s a hot mess, but you can’t help but just love her. Then as if I wasn’t obliterated enough, THE REGAN REVIEWS?! I was sobbing. To be loved is to be seen. I thoroughly enjoyed this book, and will definitely be reading more from Haley!
