“i will love you with the warmth of the sun and the light of the moon” this is possibly the most darling romantasy i’ve ever read. i think i highlighted half the book 🤭 this story had everything i love: whimsy, love, grief, heartbreak, and a romance that completely swept me away. i couldn’t put it down. it felt like the perfect YA romantasy from beginning to end. the setting was magical and immersive, and i was completely transported into the world. honestly, this would make the perfect winter read given the snowy climate and atmosphere. the characters felt so authentic and human. there were moments when they frustrated me, but that’s because they were written like real people who made mistakes, said things they didn’t mean, and tried to figure things out as they went. it made them feel incredibly relatable. the magic system was unique and fascinating, and i loved the lore surrounding the sun. and the romance? absolutely magical. “i am undone by you” SWOOONNN. the starmaker was romantic in such a quiet, beautiful way, and i loved the slow, push-and-pull development of their relationship. it felt natural, heartfelt, and earned. i genuinely can’t say enough good things about this book. an easy favorite and one i won’t be forgetting anytime soon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
