The story itself seems like it's more for adults than for children, more big words than a child of this age level would know and I would have liked if it had more things they can do with their feelings (go for a walk, talk about it, etc.) rather than just "they exist", but if you had a child who was experiencing depression or loneliness, I can see how this might help them acknowledge their feelings. The art was beautiful though! I loved every illustration.
