I’ve heard so much about this book, I was eager to read it. I can understand the hype around it. It is unique & extremely well written. It reminds me of the “summer reading books” that were mandated in high school. I can easily see why this was turned into a movie & how this will become a classic, must-read book. You really feel like you are right there in the marsh with Kya. Every time she hurts, your heart aches. Her point of view on the world around her is incomparable. It is a heartfelt book that keeps you on the edge of your seat the whole time. Delia Owens is an excellent author & I would highly recommend this book.
