Terms of Use

By creating an account or using Saga (“the app”), you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country).
Your account. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity under it.
Your content. You own the reading notes, quotes, photos, and other content you post. You grant Saga a licence to store and display it as needed to run the service (for example, showing it in your followers' feeds).
Acceptable use — no objectionable content. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or abusive, and not to harass other users. Saga has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You can report content and block users in the app; we remove violations and may suspend or remove offending accounts.
Moderation. We review reports and act on them, typically within 24 hours.
Termination. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account anytime in Settings.
No warranty. Saga is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saga is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
